Medieval Helpdesk With English Subtitles
Helpdesk support back in the day of the middle age
with English subtitles. Original taken from the show “Øystein og jeg” on Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK)in 2001. With Øystein Backe (helper)and Rune Gokstad (desperate monk). Written by Knut Nærum.
Great video, but there is a spelling mistake, at minute 1:30 when the monk says ” So you’re sure I won’t loose any text? It should read ” … I won’t LOSE …”. Ta a zillion for uploading the video, hilarious!!!

Sad thing is, I’d be willing to bet money that something like this scenario actually happened more than once when scribes started switching from scrolls to bound books in the early middle ages….
Exactly how helping my sister with her computer over the phone goes…..
I LOVE IT
I can relate to that!
I never tire of watching this!

I’m from “Don’t Make Me Think”.
Why do I feel like this will be a real problem in the near future. Liberal youth.
my university sent me here because I can’t open books.
I’ve seen this so many times and it’s just as funny each time.
